If Proposition 14 prevails then we must join forces with others to expose its problems. It may take an election or two to show problems concerning the lack of competition in the General Election, the pressure and expense of all out primary contests and the lower voter participation. Our objectives should be its removal or to mend it to a ranked-choice electoral system. We must show the folly and the change to make it better.
